Definition

This Registration Authority is responsible for reviewing and approving Services Australia data assets that contain personal information. Data assets that contain personal information must be reviewed by the Privacy and Personal Information Release Branch, to ensure that records comply with personal information holdings requirements under Australian Privacy Principle (APP) 1.4 and the agency is meeting obligations under the Privacy (Australian Government Agencies - Governance) APP Code 2017 (Privacy Code).

More visible, more users	Public	Anyone who can view the registry can see items registered with a status with this visibility level. Users do not log in to see this information.

Locked legend Locked: When an item is registered as a locked item:

Stewards of the workgroup the item is in can edit the item.
Stewards of the steward organisation the item is in can edit the item.
Admins and superusers can edit it.

Unlocked: all items registered with a status that is unlocked can be edited by users that have permission to edit the item.
